Tickets are now on sale. We plan on returning to our normal festival format this year. Yes, that means multiple stages, workshops, activities, and food and craft vendors. No need to reach out to us, we will release details in the coming months on how to apply. We also plan on bringing the heat once again this year so you best get in on the discounted rate while you can! As of now, we are running 3 days. If we decide to add an extra day, you will be able to purchase an upgrade for a small price if you purchase the 3 day early bird.

$20 – Shower pass is available for purchase (access to hot showers and indoor restrooms for the duration of the event)
RV passes will go on sale on 5/10 at 10 AM central time. Mark your calendar because these sell out fast!
Any vehicles that are larger than a 20 ft. passenger van will need an RV pass. All busses, towable trailers, campers, and pop-ups are also considered an RV or Camper for purposes of this festival AND WILL NEED A PASS TO GAIN ENTRY.
Most RV spaces are 40 – 50ft x 25 ft.
We have added 16 new electric & water spaces this year. Not all spaces have elec. & water. They will be marked on the map that we release for RV passes.
Pets will be allowed at Hillberry this year. However you must expect to strictly abide by our guidelines:
1. Pets must be kept on a leash AT ALL TIMES!
2. All dogs entering the facility must have up-to-date vaccinations on record. Owners must submit proof from their Veterinarian that their dog is current on their Rabies, DHLPP (or a variation of the Distemper combination), and Bordetella (aka kennel cough) vaccines.
3. No aggressive dogs! If your dog does not get along with other dogs or people then leave it at home.
4. Clean-up after your pets!
We are serious about enforcing these rules for the safety of our guests and it also sucks trying to spend hours of our event trying to get dogs back to their owners or cleaning up their mess. Make it easy on us please!
